(Web project) This system is designed to allow a diverse, scattered user base to enter year-end reporting on their fleet vehicles. This required stringent error checking to ensure business rule enforcement. Screen: custom validation.	(Web project) This system allows customers to view their outstanding service requests. Enabling users to locate specific information quickly meant efficient sorting and paging. Screen: optimization, data structure clarity.

Vehicle Reservation System	Vehicle Reservation System
(Web project) This system is used to reserve rental vehicles, with highly variable daily and mileage rates. Accurate rates and product visibility were emphasized. Screen: thumbnails, dynamic content.	(Web project) Due to the volume and variety of input required in this system, ease of use and familiar conventions were important. Screen: color-coded organization, efficient interfaces.

Information Management System	User Administration System
(Windows project) This system is a workhorse data management system used daily by over 100 users. Quick, painless access to relevant information and powerful data functions were a must. Screen: innovative data handling.	(Web project) This system allows administrators to manage user's security and permissions. Due to the sensitive nature of the information, rigorous encryption and hack-proofing was required. Screen: security, accessibility.
